The DoD needed to attract a new generation of civilian talent, especially in STEM and AI—while breaking the misconception that all DoD jobs require military service. We created an integrated campaign inviting young professionals to “Define Our Decade.” As Associate Creative Director, I developed messaging that showcased the variety, impact, and reach of civilian careers, from national security to tech innovation. The result: millions of impressions, high engagement across platforms, and a stronger pipeline of under-30 candidates ready to serve in a different kind of uniform.
